Vietnamese telephone and Facebook users facing suspicious issues

Facebook has been used in Vietnam as a way for Vietnamese people to voice their social concerns and the injustice they've experienced. Many Facebook users who have written or shared stories about what the state media avoid found their accounts have been blocked or their posts disappeared incomprehensible. Along with that, there are claims that their phones has been monitored and interfered with the positioning function of the phone causing many people feel bewildered.
