Many of Australia's Winter Olympians have just finished a gruelling two-and-a-half week camp at the Australian Institute of Sport as they look to end the gold drought from the Sochi Games.
It's the hardest and most important time for any winter olympian.
Training in the gym is tough enough but when all you want to do is hit the snow, it's even harder.
Matt Graham is heading into his first Olympics.
At the age of 22, he's never worked harder to achieve his sporting dream.
But Graham explains why it's all worth it.
