The Australian Human Rights Commission conducts regular surveys into sexual harassment and Commissioner Kate Jenkins says this year's survey results are showing an increase.


Sexually harassing someone in the workplace has been against the law for more than three decades and Sex Discrimination Commissioner Kate Jenkins says it's clear Australia has a compliance problem, as surveys are showing a growing incidence of sexual harassment.
