The Charles Sturt City Council in South Australia voted with an absolute majority of 15/15 due to one absentee, deciding to recognize and honor the yellow flag with three red stripes and annually hang on occasion. Lunar New Year and Long Tan Day.


It is said that the city is located northwest of the capital Adelaide and about 15 thousand Vietnamese live in the country.

Council Member Oanh Nguyen is the only Vietnamese in the City Council to recount the difficulties to succeed this year.
