Young Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islanders over-represented in justice system

New data shows the over-representation of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islanders under youth justice supervision has increased yet again, even though there are fewer overall people under youth supervision than in the past five years.


It has rights groups renewing calls for an overhaul of the way Australia deals with at-risk youth.
