Young Papuan independence advocate has died after alleged torture

A young Papuan independence advocate who was allegedly tortured with a snake while in custody has died. It comes as Australian officials refuse to rule out handing over his lawyer to Indonesian authorities - a move which has outraged human rights advocates and been criticised by the United Nations.
