Missing Qld baby found safe and well

A seven-month-old boy who went missing in Brisbane's north has been found safe and well, while his father is being questioned over the incident.

A missing baby boy police feared may have been at significant risk of harm has been found safe and well.

The seven-month-old and his father Michael Eugene were located by police at Caboolture on Friday afternoon after the distinctive car in which they were travelling was seen.

Concerns were raised when Mr Eugene, 35, failed to drop his son back to his Murrumba Downs home on Wednesday and on Friday an emergency amber alert was issued.

Police said the father's behaviour was out of character.

Mr Eugene is being questioned over the incident.
