Seventeen people have been charged by police investigating links between the drug trade and the Bandidos bikie gang.
The six-month sting culminated on Friday when officers raided 10 properties in southeast Queensland, including in the Brisbane suburbs of Teneriffe, Bowen Hills and Bulimba.
So far, 17 people have been charged with more than 110 offences.
Police had been investigating a drug trafficking network with links to the Bandidos.
They say the alleged ring was trafficking cocaine, ice, ecstasy, cannabis and steroids.
But the arrest of "high level" traffickers meant dangerous drugs would not flow through to events such as Saturday's Future Music Festival, police said.
"Today we have prevented over 7,500 MDMA tablets being consumed at music festivals," Acting Detective Inspector Mark Andrews said.
All up, the drugs seized in the investigation are worth more than $500,000.
A number of those arrested face charges under Queensland's anti-bikie laws, and police expect further charges to be laid.
The covert operation involved personnel from Queensland Police, the Australian Federal Police and the National Anti-Gangs Squad.
