$1mil drug haul in western Sydney

A $1 million hydroponic cannabis setup spanning two levels of a house in Sydney's west has been dismantled, police say.

Drugs and equipment worth more than a million dollars have been seized from a house in Sydney's west.

Officers discovered the hydroponic cannabis setup spanning two levels of the house at Prestons about 9.30am (AEDT) on Wednesday, police say.

They seized 306 plants with an estimated potential street value of $1,026,000.
