2 Chainz charged over 2013 drug arrest

Rapper 2 Chainz has been charged with felony drug possession after customs officers allegedly found marijuana and a prescription drug at LAX last June.

Rapper 2 Chainz has been charged with felony drug possession in connection to his 2013 arrest.

The hip-hop star, real name Tauheed Epps, was booked as he attempted to board a plane at LAX airport in Los Angeles last June after customs officers allegedly discovered marijuana and a prescription medication in his luggage.

He has now been charged 10 months after his arrest, according to TMZ.com.

2 Chainz, 36, faces up to three years in jail if convicted. He is due before a court next week.
