Shine buys WA law firm

Shine Corporate has bought West Australian law firm Bradley Bayly for $13.3 million.

Law firm Shine Corporate has bought West Australian injury law specialist Bradley Bayly for $13.3 million.

The company said the acquisition will be mostly funded through debt but it will raise $1 million through a scrip offering.

Shine expects the transaction to add to its earnings per share in the 2015/16 financial year.
