Australia paceman Josh Hazlewood has inflicted a painful bouncer blow to the neck of Pakistan opener Azhar Ali early on day four of the day-night Test in Brisbane.
Hazlewood continued his short-pitched salvo at the Gabba on Sunday, when Ali misread a delivery on an awkward length.
The opener tried to evade the ball by ducking and turning his head but was too late.
The right-hander crouched down after the hit, with Hazlewood and Nathan Lyon both rushing in to check on his welfare.
Azhar was soon back on his feet and sharing a joke with umpire Ian Gould and teammate Younis Khan.

"The good news is he's smiling. He's having a laugh with Younis," Shane Warne said on the Nine Network.
"They're all smiles.
"You don't like to see anyone get like that, I'm glad he's ok."
Australia vowed to unleash a bouncer barrage on Pakistan prior to the first Test and have duly delivered, especially Hazlewood.
Hazlewood struck opener Sami Aslam on the helmet twice during the tourists' first innings, when they were rolled for just 142.
