WEST INDIES 751 FOR FIVE DECLARED - APRIL 2004
Brian Lara memorably reclaimed the Test batting record in stunning fashion with a bravura 400 not out in Antigua, ending England's hopes of a 4-0 whitewash. Andrew Flintoff and Michael Vaughan registered centuries for England to ensure a draw.
WEST INDIES 749 FOR NINE DECLARED - FEBRUARY/MARCH 2009
England, looking to draw level in the series, amassed 600 all out but were overhauled in Bridgetown thanks to Ramnaresh Sarwan's fantastic 291 while Dinesh Ramdin got to his maiden Test ton and made it count in reaching 166 as a high-scoring match was drawn.

AUSTRALIA 729 FOR SIX DECLARED - JUNE/JULY 1930
The incomparable Sir Donald Bradman marked only his sixth Test - he had already made three centuries in that time and he would go on to torment England for years to come - with a fantastic 254, while captain Bill Woodfull's 155 helped Australia level the Ashes series at 1-1 after winning at Lord's by seven wickets.
PAKISTAN 708 ALL OUT - AUGUST 1987
Javed Miandad's brilliant 260, plus centuries for Saleem Malik and Imran Khan, helped Pakistan end any hopes England had of levelling the five-match series at the Oval. They at least avoided a 2-0 defeat as Mike Gatting's 150 not out rescued a draw.
AUSTRALIA 701 ALL OUT - AUGUST 1934
That man Bradman returned to haunt England on their own shores once again. Having amassed 304 in the previous match at Headingley, his 244, plus Bill Ponsford's 266, put England to the sword at the Oval as Australia went on to reclaim the urn in style, triumphing by an eye-watering 562 runs.
