One Nation leader Pauline Hanson says she is about to announce a "game-changing move" for the upcoming Queensland election.

Ms Hanson plans to reveal a "shake up" in Queensland politics on Friday morning after spending the week meeting voters in regional areas.

"I can't fix this country and the state of Queensland on my own, so tomorrow (Friday) I'm wheeling out plans to bolster my troops, ready for the state election," she said in a statement.
