Bellamy's director Charles Sitch has been voted out

Another Bellamy's director, Charles Sitch, has been given his marching orders by shareholders, with 32.72 million proxies voted for his removal and 20.21 million against.

Mr Sitch was voted off the board of the infant formula maker at an extraordinary general meeting in Melbourne on Tuesday.

His exit follows that of Michael Wadley, chairman Rob Woolley and director Launa Inman, and the election to the board of candidates from a rebel group led by Kathmandu founder Jan Cameron.
