Govt asks for views on 2018/19 budget

The Turnbull government is seeking submissions from the community on their priorities for the 2018/19 budget.

The federal government is inviting submissions from individuals, business and community groups on what they consider priorities for next year's budget.

Assistant Minister to the Treasurer Michael Sukkar said the 2018/19 budget will continue the government's commitment to budget repair while also supporting "fairness, opportunity and security for all Australians".

Submissions are due by December 15.
