Perpetual CEO stepping down after 5 years

Perpetual chief executive and managing director Geoff Lloyd will end his stint in charge of the fund manager at the end of June.

Perpetual chief executive and managing director Geoff Lloyd will leave the fund manager at the end of June.

Chairman Tony D'Aloisio says Mr Lloyd, who has led Perpetual for more than five years, says the company will review internal and external candidates for an orderly transition process after June 30.

"Geoff will continue in the role of CEO ... and then remain available for a handover to his successor," Mr D'Aloisio said.
