$20m to rebuild Fiji schools, clinics

An extra $20 million in cyclone recovery assistance will help Fiji rebuild schools, medical clinics and sanitation services.

Australia will give $20 million to Fiji to help rebuild schools and medical clinics flattened after cyclone Winston.

The money will also go towards cleaning up water supplies and sanitation.

The last remaining Australian Defence Force personnel assisting with the cyclone recovery effort are due to leave Fiji within days.
