A fuel tank has exploded in a clinic in north eastern Syria, killing at least 25 people, including children, state television says.
Sunday's explosion in Qamishli also wounded 30, the report said.
Juan Mohammed, a Kurdish official in the nearby city of Hassakeh, said the explosion happened as the clinic was packed with children who were brought to get vaccinated against polio.
Mohammed said the cause of the explosion was still not clear.
The Britain-based Syrian Observatory for Human Rights said the fire killed and wounded dozens of people.
