Opposition Leader Tony Abbott has pledged full support for his deputy Julie Bishop.
That follows reports of a row between Mr Abbott and Ms Bishop over plans to cut foreign aid to Indonesian schools and claims that other coalition frontbenchers were after her job.
Speaking to journalists outside a coalition policy forum, he said all his senior colleagues had his full and total support.
"We are here to discuss policy. I think we are going to have a very good discussion. I have a speech to make. All my colleagues have my full support," he said.
Starting his speech at the forum, Mr Abbott pointedly thanked Ms Bishop and other colleagues.
Opposition finance spokesman Andrew Robb said the row had been blown out of proportion and the party would move on.
"We are fine. It was a disappointing week for us but I think the air will be cleared and we will move on as a solid team," he said.
Mr Robb said the opposition had enormous opportunity with the government on its knees and failing to take any tough decisions.
"So our job now is to really put the pressure on the government and keep them accountable," he said.
"I don't think there are people looking to white-ant Tony Abbott's leadership. There were a lot of misunderstanding this week. The air will be cleared and we will get on with it as a solid team."
