Mr Abbott emerged from a briefing given by officials last night on Labor's plans to amend migration laws to reinstate the offshore processing of asylum seekers, including its plan to send asylum seekers to Malaysia.
The Opposition Leader says the officials have confirmed the recent High Court decision does not rule out offshore processing in Nauru.

He says the Coalition will consider the advice ahead of a meeting with Prime Minister Julia Gillard on Monday.
