Serbian War crimes suspect Daniel Snedden, previously known as Dragan Vasiljkovic, faces extradition to Croatia after the Federal Government won its extradition appeal, The Australian reports.
The appeal was made on behalf of the Croatian government, after Mr Snedden was arrested by Australian Federal Police more than three years ago.
The former Serbian paramilitary leader said he would not receive a fair trial in Croatia as the courts would discriminate against him because of his political beliefs.
