The company of reality TV chef Adriano Zumbo has been placed in voluntary administration, according to a report.
Fairfax's Good Food reported that administrators held a creditors meeting with Mr Zumbo in Sydney on Wednesday.
"Attendees at the meeting – who included a smattering of landlords and trade creditors – were told debts could reach as high as $10 million," Good Food said.
"But that could be offset by assets, including equipment and company-owned property, to the tune of $8 million."

SBS News contacted the Zumbo company for comment but did not receive a response.
The Zumbo website appeared to be down on Wednesday evening.
Mr Zumbo rose from humble beginnings making sweet treats in Balmain before opening a chain of stores in Sydney and Melbourne.
The so-called "Patissier of Pain", complete with a Willy Wonka tattoo on his right arm, has appeared on cooking shows across networks.
His last social media post before the news broke didn't suggest anything was awry.
