AFL Dees lose Tyson, Watts for Crows clash

Melbourne coach Simon Goodwin says Bernie Vince will again be asked to shut down Rory Sloane in Saturday's meeting with AFL leaders Adelaide.

Melbourne will head into Saturday's AFL clash with Adelaide undermanned after Dom Tyson and Jack Watts failed to prove their fitness in training on Thursday.

Coach Simon Goodwin said the pair would join Injured skippers Jack Viney and Nathan Jones and bad boy Tomas Bugg on a lengthy list of players unavailable for the match at Darwin's TIO Stadium.

The Demons were shock 41-point winners over Adelaide earlier in the season and Goodwin confirmed tagger and ex-Crow Bernie Vince would again be going straight to influential midfielder Rory Sloane when they meet this weekend.
