Gold Coast hope a week together in Melbourne is the perfect way to get over their limp AFL loss to Essendon.
The Suns became just the second side in 2016 to lose to the Bombers, leaving coach Rodney Eade to deliver a series of almighty sprays on Sunday.
If the Gold Coast players didn't know it already, there was a reason the nickname `Rocket' stuck with their fiery coach.
"He was pretty direct in what he said," captain Tom Lynch said, choosing his words carefully.
Touk Miller, who turned in an inspired performance with 39 touches, 11 inside-50s and a goal, said Eade was up there with the league's best tongue-lashers.

"We got one at half-time and one at the end of game and it was all very well deserved," he said.
"He gives off a very, very good spray and as harsh as it was, it was definitely within reason."
After a stern review on Monday, the Suns are keeping close company this week.
The Suns have opted to bunker down in Victoria given the short turnaround to their next assignment against Collingwood on Saturday night.
"With a six-day break and back-to-back Etihad Stadium games, we thought we'd save on the flights and get together and spend the week together," Lynch said.
"We're trying to keep it as normal as possible and not make it a school camp.
"It's good for team bonding so we thought we'd trial it and see how we go."
