Western Bulldogs coach Paul Groves wants AFLW triple headers at Marvel Stadium believing the conditions are ideal for the development of the league.
The Bulldogs lost to Melbourne by one point at the venue on Saturday night in arguably the game of the season.
It was the second game of the double header, with North Melbourne earlier beating Collingwood, and Groves wants the concept expanded.
"Can you do triple headers here? Well, potentially, so it's probably something we can discuss as a code," Groves said.
"If that becomes available, we'll certainly jump at the chance.
"We love our Whitten Oval but we'll play away games here and play home games at Whitten, hey?"
Rule changes have helped lift the standard of play in the third AFLW season and the perfect conditions at Marvel Stadium also helped the women showcase their skills.
"Playing out here enables the conditions not to impact the game at all," Groves said.
"That's really important for where women's footy is at as well.
"It just takes the elements out of it; if you go to Whitten Oval there's always a breeze.
Bulldogs players Hannah Scott said given some of the AFLW venues, the players had to adapt a lot to conditions and she enjoyed playing at Marvel Stadium.
"It allows a higher-quality game of football, which is also a lot nicer to watch," she said.
"I feel like that would have been a pretty exciting game to watch."
Scott, one of the Bulldogs' best on Saturday night, also spoke about the ongoing challenges the AFLW players face as they also hold down jobs.
She started work as an account manager at 6am on Friday and was at training by 4pm.
Scott has only missed one session, when Groves sent her home because she was sick.
"It's hard at times but you love the game and you do what you do," Scott said.
"It's definitely an impact; it gets to the end of the week and you're pretty exhausted.
"My only sleep-in past 5-6am is on a Saturday, or Saturday-Sunday.
"Sometimes we'll get home from training and it will be 10.30pm ... it's tough but I love the game and I love the Western Bulldogs."
