Labor frontbencher Anthony Albanese says it would be "extraordinary" if the Liberals gave their preferences to the Greens in a tactical move to oust him from his inner-Sydney seat of Grayndler.
"I would have a very clear message which is, a vote for Malcolm Turnbull is a vote to abolish capitalism," Mr Albanese told Sky News on Sunday.
He said the Greens candidate Jim Casey is a well-known, left-wing, anti-capitalist campaigner.
