Alleged NSW party rapist granted bail

A 21-year-old Central Coast man has been granted bail after allegedly sexually assaulting a 15-year-old girl at a party on a farm during the long weekend.

A NSW man accused of sexually assaulting a 15-year-old girl at a party on the state's Central Coast over the long weekend has been granted conditional bail.

Liam Huxley, 21, met the teenager at a rural property on Sunday night and abused her a number of times, police allege.

He was arrested at Tuggerah on Wednesday after an investigation by the child abuse squad and charged with four counts of aggravated sexual assault of a child under 16.

Huxley appeared in Wyong Local Court on Thursday where Magistrate Stephen Jackson granted him bail.

An apprehended personal violence order was made for the protection of the victim.

It prevents the 21-year-old from stalking, harassing, intimidating or even contacting the girl unless it's through a lawyer.

He was also ordered to stay away from her home, school or any other place of study.

The matter will return to court on December 5.
