Human rights lawyer Amal Clooney has addressed the plight of Iraq's Yazidi people at a London event.

Clooney, married to actor George, discussed the Kurdish-speaking minority group, marginalised by Islamic State at the event hosted by international think tank Chatham House.

Clooney arrived at the London event in a stunning bright red dress.

Due to give birth to twins in just three months, she dressed her bump in the flattering knee-length dress, matched with a beige coat and colourful sling-back shoes.

The 39-year-old campaigner is regularly praised for her impeccable wardrobe.

She impressed followers of the Cesar Awards in France last month with a dazzling white gown ending in a trailing skirt of shaded feathers.
