Australia's Biggest Duck Race is back in Brisbane for another year, raising money for cancer research.

More than 30,000 rubber ducks will turn the Brisbane River yellow at Riverside Drive, West End, marking the end of the annual "give cancer the quack" fundraising campaign.

Last year marked the 10th anniversary of the race and related fundraising campaign, with a record $120,000 raised.

However organisers aren't resting on their yellow rubber haunches, with a range of activities and musical acts organised for families alongside the race itself.

All money raised will go towards supporting innovative cancer research projects at Brisbane's PA Hospital Campus.
