One Nation is again at the centre of a lewd controversy after a Queensland candidate was caught posting salacious images and sexist comments on social media platforms.

Ross Macdonald, who is running for the lower house seat of Leichhardt in the federal election, posted images of himself with topless women and captioned a shot of a woman's cleavage as "mmm YUMMY".

The content was uncovered by News Corp on Wednesday and comes after One Nation sacked Senate candidate Steve Dickson over a sexist and racist strip club scandal.

Mr Macdonald, who has kept a low profile during the campaign, has since removed the photos from Facebook page.

In one photo, the candidate gropes a woman's breast in a bar in Thailand, while he also makes a series of sleazy comments about other photos of women.

He comments "MMM!!! Interesting thoughts" on a digitally-altered image of a topless centaur - a mythical half person/half horse hybrid.

Mr Macdonald's social media activity was exposed hours after Pauline Hanson broke down over the series of scandals to have hit the minor party.

It comes after Senator Pauline Hanson lamented some of the actions of her colleagues.

"I cop all this s*** all the time, and I'm sick of it. Absolutely sick of it," the One Nation leader told Nine's A Current Affair on Tuesday night.

"I am upset. I have worked with this for 23 years ... I have had ups and downs. I'm kicked in the guts time and time again. It happens right before an election," the party leader told Tracy Grimshaw.

"I have been let down dreadfully ... I can give you a whole list of them. A whole list of people having a go at me ... I have had Fraser Anning and Brian Burston and a whole list, David Oldfield, all of them. Where are they now?"

One Nation has been contacted for comment about the latest scandal.
