Mr Alexander has entered a not guilty plea on behalf of Watts and the matter will return to the same court on June 9.

The Roosters hooker appeared in Waverley Local Court this morning when conditions for his bail and a provisional apprehended violence order were varied by consent.

He's now able to have contact with Shannon Kiss and can visit the Coogee apartment where he allegedly punched the 24-year-old inthe early hours of April 17.

Watts' lawyer Stephen Alexander has told the magistrate Ms Kiss refused to supply a signed statement to police or to allow them to photograph injuries.
