Sport apparel maker Skins has announced it will withdrawal its sponsorship of the Melbourne Storm following the salary cap revelations.
A statement from the company said:
"SKINS is appalled by the actions of the Melbourne Storm. Our core values are around fuelling the true spirit of competition," said SKINS International CEO Jamie Fuller in the statement.
"This level of systemic deceit is inexcusable and therefore we will not be continuing with our partnership."
