Aristocrat completes Israeli acquisition

Gaming machine business, Aristocrat Leisure, says it has completed the acquisition of Israel-based gaming company Plarium Global.

Gaming machine maker Aristocrat Leisure has finalised the acquisition of Israel-based social gaming company Plarium Global for $500 million.

The company said on Friday it had obtained all necessary regulatory approvals.

Chief executive Trevor Croker said the acquisition will increase Aristocrat's presence in the high-growth mobile gaming market and boost pro forma earnings in the company's digital division.
