WikiLeaks founder Julian Assange is being questioned by prosecutors at his Ecuadorean Embassy refuge in London about a Swedish rape allegation.
Swedish prosecutor Ingrid Isgren entered the embassy on Tuesday morning for a second day examining the 45-year-old Australian after he gave a full day of testimony on Monday.
The questioning is being conducted through an Ecuadorean prosecutor with a Swedish police investigator also present.
The Swedish officials are also seeking a DNA sample from Assange.
He denies raping a Swedish woman in Stockholm in 2010 and has been holed up in the embassy in London since mid-2012 to avoid extradition to Sweden.

He also fears being extradited to the US to face court over WikiLeaks' release of secret US Government documents.
Jennifer Robinson, one of Assange's lawyers, said on Monday she hoped his long-delayed testimony would convince Swedish prosecutors to drop the rape investigation against him.
Assange's cat made an appearance in an embassy window later on Monday morning, wearing one of its two mini collar and tie sets gifted by a supporter.
A small number of Assange supporters were outside the embassy where they hung banners from the railings.
Five police officers stood guard outside the building in Knightsbridge just opposite the giant Harrods department store.
