At least 20 wounded after explosion in Istanbul, says interior minister

An explosion has been heard in central Istanbul, according to CNN Turkey.

Ambulances and fire trucks were immediately dispatched and police have cordoned off some traffic around Istanbul's Besiktas stadium, says a Reuter witness.

Reports say it happenned two hours after a football match.
