It's not only a trend in the United States, the Austrailan market is following suit.

Oganisations such as Collective Shout have tried to stop the sexualised clothing lines for young girls.

It says the negative physical and mental ramifications are huge, including eating disorders, depression, anxiety and poor academic performance.
