Australia's eight-Test summer is finally over and the national squad is due to leave New Zealand after a triumphant tour.
Ricky Ponting's men swept the Test series 2-0 with a 10-wicket win in Wellington followed by Wednesday's 176-run victory in Hamilton.
Led by paceman Mitchell Johnson's 10-wicket haul for the match, Australia bowled the Kiwis out for 302 on day five after setting the home side a target of 479 to win.

T20 World Cup in April
Johnson and other star players including wicketkeeper Brad Haddin and Australia's Twenty20 skipper Michael Clarke aren't involved in the lucrative Indian Premier League T20 tournament and will instead get some rest ahead of the T20 World Cup in the West Indies starting on April 30.
Others in the Australian Test squad including all-rounder Shane Watson and batsman Mike Hussey are however off to the IPL in what could prove to be an ideal warm-up for the Caribbean tournament.
The IPL final is on April 25 in Mumbai.
Siddle, Hilfenhaus injury woes
Meanwhile with only a two-Test series in England against Pakistan in July to come ahead of the first Ashes contest in Brisbane in November, Ponting is keen to see quicks Peter Siddle and Ben Hilfenhaus back fully fit and pushing for places in the team.
But with Doug Bollinger (37 wickets at 20.86 this summer) and Ryan Harris (nine wickets at 23.00 against New Zealand) providing a solid new-ball pairing and Johnson acting as a human wrecking ball at first-change, Australia already have a potent pace attack.
"We can't be any better placed at the moment," said Ponting, who is also not involved in the IPL and has retired from T20 Internationals.
"We have two Tests to play in England then it's straight into it. There will be no excuses from where we are sitting.
Seven wins
"We've done everything we would have liked for us to have achieved throughout the summer, there's never been a game that has dragged on."
In eight Tests against West Indies, Pakistan and New Zealand this summer, Ponting's men have won seven and drawn one.
"When there's been big moments, we've stepped in and got the job done," Ponting said.
"Hopefully we have a full complement of players to pick from going into November. I know this current group of players can put up a very good show in the Ashes."
