Aussies 'among biggest cannabis users'

Australians and New Zealanders are among the biggest users of cannabis in the world. That's according to international drug usage research published in the Lancet Medical journal.

There also claims the cost of illicit drugs is falling, compared to the cost of living. Allan Raskall reports.
