Australian Olympians Lisa Weightman and Jess Trengove have recorded personal best times as they raced to top-10 finishes at the London marathon.
Weightman, 38, placed fifth in Sunday's women's race in two hours 25 minutes and 15 seconds, while 2014 Commonwealth Games bronze medallist Trengove crossed in 2:27:01 to finish 10th.
Trengove, who cast aside a niggling foot injury to place 22nd at last year's Rio Olympics, had been aiming for a PB in her first marathon since.
"I'm really happy to come away with a PB and am so stoked for my fellow Australians Lisa Weightman, Kurt Fearnley, Casey Wood and Michael Shelley," the 29-year-old said.
Commonwealth Games champion Shelley ran 2:11:38, just outside the PB of 2:11:15 he clocked to claim gold in Glasgow.

Melanie Panayiotou clocked 2:35:25 and Wood 2:39:27.
Veteran countryman Kurt Fearnley came third in the wheelchair marathon, won by his longtime British rival David Weir.
In the Bahamas, Team Australia finished third overall at the IAAF World Relays with top-five finishes by the women's 4x400m relay, the men's 4x800m relay and mixed 4x400m relay.
