Australian millionaire Donna Vasyli has been refused bail in the Bahamas for a second time.

Vasyli, 54, is accused of murdering her world-renowned podiatrist husband Phillip Vasyli last month in their luxury home in the exclusive Bahamas gated community of Old Fort Bay.

She denies she stabbed or fought with her husband and claims marks found on her hands were from laser treatments from a dermatologist, not a deadly fight.

The Bahamas Tribune reported Senior Justice Stephen Isaacs on Friday denied bail because the seriousness of the offence and sufficient evidence of probable cause gave her an incentive to abscond.

Her first failed bail bid was made soon after her arrest.

Mr Vasyli, also an Australian and the owner of multiple podiatry clinics around the world, founded an orthotic footwear company that sells Vionic with Orthaheel Technology products.
