Australian punters Brad Wing and Jordan Berry are headed to the NFL playoffs.
Wing's New York Giants will take on the Green Bay Packers while Berry's Pittsburgh Steelers face the Miami Dolphins in next weekend's sudden death wild card games.
The news was not so good for Melbourne defensive lineman Adam Gotsis' defending Super Bowl champion Denver Broncos who failed to make the playoffs.
Sydney offensive lineman David Yankey's season is also over after Super Bowl runners-up Carolina Panthers had a disappointing year.
Mornington Peninsula punter Lachlan Edwards and his New York Jets also failed to make the post-season.

There was plenty of drama on Sunday at Jarryd Hayne's former NFL team, the San Francisco 49ers, with the firing of general manager Trent Baalke and first-year head coach Chip Kelly after a horror season.
"It's a bottom-line business and we didn't win enough games," Kelly told reporters.
The 49ers finished the season with a 14 loss, two win record after falling to the Seattle Seahawks 25-23.

Wing had eight punts for an average of 37.9 yards and a long of 55 yards in the Giants' 19-10 win against the Washington Redskins on Sunday.
The Steelers, guaranteed a playoff spot, rested stars Ben Roethlisberger, Le'Veon Bell, Antonio Brown, Maurkice Pouncey and James Harrison and still managed to scratch out a 27-24 overtime win against the NFL's worst team, the Cleveland Browns.
Berry had one of the plays of the day.
The Steelers were marooned on their own three-yard line, but Berry launched a booming 64-yard punt that won back field position when it forced Browns punt returner Mario Alfred to retreat.
The other wild card match-ups next weekend are the Oakland Raiders against the Houston Texans and the Detroit Lions versus the Seattle Seahawks.
The New England Patriots, Kansas City Chiefs, Dallas Cowboys and Atlanta Falcons have byes next weekend after securing divisional titles.
