The Boomers were led by NBA star Patrick Mills who scored 15 points, three assists and three rebounds while Joe Ingles (14), Matt Nielsen and David Andersen (10 each) all managed to get into double figures in the points column.
Boomers head coach Brett Brown said the win was a good one after a gruelling trip to Europe for the Australians.

"I thought the last five minutes we played excellent team defence, and we needed to against a team with three NBA players like Brazil," Brown said.
"The game started very physical and we fatigued early after the long flight.
"But we got our second wind and legs back and our entire team deserves credit."
The match is the first of three for the Boomers in Lyon against a trio of world championship competitors in what is their last tournament before travelling to Turkey for the world titles.
Australia's next game is against host nation France on Monday (Tuesday AM AEST) before a final match against Cote D'Ivoire on Tuesday (Wednesday AM AEST).
The 2010 FIBA World Championships will be held in Turkey from August 28 to September 12, with the Boomers drawn against Jordan, Argentina, Serbia and Angola.
