Australia marks Women's Day

About 350 events have been held across Australia to celebrate the 100th anniversary of International Women's Day, Kathy Novak reports.

But a number of challenges still remain, including increasing the number of women on boards.

The government is not ruling out forcing the companies to lift their game, through legislation.
