Australia wants answers on Ben Zygier: Carr

Foreign Minister Bob Carr says Australia is seeking more information from Israel about the death of dual national Ben Zygier.

The Australian Greens recently called on the Federal Government to request release of an Israeli judge's report into the circumstances surrounding Mr Zygier's death.

The 34-year-old was detained for alleged Israeli national security offences and allegedly hanged himself in a suicide-proof cell in December 2010.

It's believed he worked for the Israeli intelligence agency Mossad.
