Nearly 100 people have marched through Melbourne late today calling for an end to the violence in Egypt.

The group from the Australian Egyptian community is also urging the Federal Government join the international push to oust President Mubarak.

Australian Egyptians have also called on the government to back a democratically elected government in general elections scheduled for December.
