The Cleveland Browns' Britton Colquitt leads all punters in the latest release of fan votes.
The January 27 Pro Bowl game, the equivalent of the NBA's All-Star game, features the best players from the NFL's AFC division against the best from the NFC division.
Colquitt is in the AFC.
Former Sydney Swans junior Dickson, who despite being a rookie has become a Seattle Seahawks star for his big boot, drop kicks and game-winning plays, is second overall in the fan vote and tops all NFC punters.

Essendon-raised Berry, punting with the Pittsburgh Steelers, is third overall and second in the AFC.
Geelong's Johnston, punting for the reigning Super Bowl champion Philadelphia Eagles, was sixth overall last week and fourth among NFC punters.
This week he is in seventh overall and fifth in the NFC.
This is despite Johnston topping the NFL with Arizona's Andy Lee with both punters averaging 48.8 yards per punt.
Dickson is averaging 48.6 yards per punt - third in the NFL.
Berry is in 26th with an average of 44 yards.
Voting on NFL.com/ProBowlVote concludes on December 13.
The vote counts will likely be shaken up when player and coach ballots are combined with the fan tallies.
Pro Bowl teams will be determined by fan, player and coach votes, with each group comprising one-third of the vote pool.
New Orleans Saints quarterback Drew Brees with 725,736 votes leads all players with Kansas City Chiefs quarterback Patrick Mahomes second (679,775 votes), Los Angeles Rams running back Todd Gurley third (580,997), Pittsburgh running back James Conner fourth (540,165) and New York Giants rookie running back Saquon Barkley fifth (539,456).
