Aventus pays $436m for Sydney retail parks

ASX-listed retail centre operator Aventus Property will pay $336 million to acquire Home Hub Castle Hill, and another $100 million for Home Hub Marsden Park.

Aventus Property has launched a $215 million capital raising to help fund the purchase of two Sydney retail centres for a total of $436 million.

The ASX-listed retail centre operator says it will pay LaSalle Investment Management $336 million for Home Hub Castle Hill, and $100 million for Home Hub Marsden Park.

Founded by billionaire Brett Blundy, Aventus says the remainder of the cost will be met from a $300 million increase in its existing debt facility.
