For the second time this season, Harley Balic has been stood down from playing duties by his AFL side Fremantle.

The second-year player has been given indefinite leave by the club after sustaining a hamstring injury at training.

The 20-year-old was previously given personal leave in mid-May to deal with a personal issue.

Balic returned to the club after a month and began training and playing in the WAFL before the injury setback.

"We will continue to provide him with all the support and resources that he requires," Dockers football boss Chris Bond said.
