Bellamy's interim chairman Michael Wadley has been dumped from the board, with 32.57 million proxies for his removal and 20.34 million against.

Mr Wadley took over as interim chairman on Tuesday after longstanding Bellamy's director Rob Woolley resigned ahead of an extraordinary general meeting for a spill vote on the board.

Mr Wadley's exit follows that of Mr Woolley and Launa Inman, and the election to the board of candidates from a rebel group led by Kathmandu founder Jan Cameron.
